Things to do in Luton
If you are in the mood for some fresh air, Stockwood Park is where you need to head. After a walk around the many acres of land, why not stop by Stockwood Discovery Centre, a museum in the park’s stables? Discover local history and Roman, Anglo-Saxon and medieval artefacts on your visit.
Close to the park is a golf centre, with 18-hole and 9-hole courses. The clubhouse also has a balcony overlooking the green, with a café for refreshments after you’ve finished playing.
If you’d like to watch a show, Luton Library Theatre provides an excellent programme of high-quality performances. From ‘The Tempest’ by William Shakespeare to ‘The Wind in the Willows: A Folk Opera’, there is something to suit everyone.
