How does Auto Delay Repay work?

As long as you have a Key Smartcard, all you need to do is to ensure that you tap in and out when you travel. If we are able to determine that you may have been delayed by 15 minutes or more, a claim will be automatically generated for you in your online account. If you have not opted out of receiving auto Delay Repay emails, we will also send you an alert email whenever a claim is generated.

How do I contact customer support through the app?

I can't view or load my Key Smartcard tickets. What should I do?

If you're experiencing issues with viewing or activating your Key Smartcard tickets, please try the following steps:

Allow Time for Processing: It may take up to 5 minutes for a newly purchased ticket to become available, and in some cases, up to 15 minutes.
Check NFC Compatibility: Make sure your device supports NFC, as this technology is required to load and view your Key Smartcard.
Verify NFC Settings: For Android devices, ensure NFC is turned on. For iOS devices, confirm that Apple Pay is functioning and your device is running iOS 14 or later.
Position Your Card Correctly: Hold your Key Smartcard against the upper back of your phone for 20 seconds. You may need to move the card slowly to locate the NFC reader.
Restart the App: Try closing the app completely and then reopening it to see if the issue resolves.

These steps should help you resolve any problems with your Key Smartcard tickets. If you continue to experience issues, please contact us for further assistance.
