If you have lost something on one of our trains or at one of our stations, please complete the form below to register the details with us. We will do our best to reunite you with your property.
Once you have completed the form there is no need to chase us. If an item is found which matches the description that was logged then we will contact you. You can then arrange collection from our City Thameslink station.
Opening hours are from 08:15 to 17:30 Monday to Friday. Please note a small fee will be payable when collecting your item(s).
Reporting your lost property with other train companies
Thameslink and Great Northern trains serve stations operated by other train operating companies, so if you've lost something on one of our trains it may end up being logged with another train company's Lost Property service. We would advise you to check your journey and report your items to each train operating company that manages stations along that route.
