About your lost item
To help us find your lost item, please give us a few details using this online form below.
If we find something that matches the description of your lost item, we’ll contact you. You can then arrange to collect it from our lost property office at City Thameslink station.
You can collect lost property anytime from 8.15am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. A small fee will be payable when collecting your item; the fee depends on the item’s value.
Travelling on a Thameslink service on the Southern route?
Make sure you report your item with the Southern lost property too.
Report your item to other train companies
Some of the stations on our network are managed or served by other train companies.
Even if you know your item was lost on a Thameslink train, it could be found by another company's Lost Property service; so it’s a good idea to report your lost item to other train companies that manage stations along your route.
