Investing in your local station
We’re investing in Elstree & Borehamwood to make your everyday journey feel smoother. You’ll soon start to see upgrades across the station, including:
- Brighter passenger areas with clearer signage
- Cleaner, refreshed waiting areas on the platforms
- An updated area to purchase your tickets
- A new Plan Your Journey zone featuring an interactive screen
- Upgraded departure boards in the booking hall
Improvements will be delivered in stages over the coming months, and the station will remain easy to navigate throughout the works. Our station staff are also certified Great Journey Makers- they’re trained to Be There, Show You Care, and Make a Difference. Our colleagues will be proactively supporting you through this exciting transition and beyond.
