Many journeys can be booked ahead with an Advance ticket, which is cheaper than buying your ticket on the day. Advance fares are not available for Thameslink services, but you can buy them here for nationwide travel on qualifying journeys

Carnet tickets

Books of 5 or 10 tickets at a 10% discount

If you know you’ll be making a certain journey several times, but not often enough for a Season ticket, a Carnet could be the answer.

It’s a book of 5 or 10 Anytime or Off-Peak tickets for a specific journey. You’ll save 10% over the normal Anytime or Off-Peak fare.

Season tickets

Save more if you travel three or more times a week. Season tickets are available weekly, monthly, or for any period between a month and a year. They are often the cheapest option if you make the same journey regularly.
