​​​​​​​As of week commencing 20 July, the taxi rank within the station forecourt at Motherwell Station will be closed in order that the project team sets up the temporary staff portacabin accommodation that is required as part of the station redevelopment works. Motherwell Taxi Association have been advised of this and are aware that they will be using the existing taxi rank on Muir Street located which is near the station. This taxi rank will remain open and available for use throughout the works.

The existing 3 Blue Badge spaces will also be closed off as part of the arrangements and Blue Badge spaces will be provided within the GLO council car park.
