The main entrance is the only entrance that has step free access. There are lifts to take you from the entrance to the station concourse and platform levels. Please note there is not step free access from the Coopers Road entrance to the station.
Accessible taxis are available from the taxi rank outside the main station entrance on Fenchurch Street
Assistance is available to and from platforms. You can request this from the customer information point staff on the concourse, at the main entrance where the mobility set down / pick up point is located as well as the station help points by the lifts at the main entrance.
Help is available at the Rail Information Point on the main concourse, station help points, ticket office or from any member of staff.
