Did you know, if you purchased your smart ticket online, you can now apply for a refund through your online account?
Alternatively, use this form if:
- You are unable to request a refund through your online account
- There are circumstances you need us to consider
- Or your smart tickets were purchased through a ticket machine
Your personal details will be held by the Go-Ahead Group on behalf of Thameslink. We will not pass on your personal information to any organisation outside of our Group of Companies (and Successor franchise or Secretary of State for Transport) for marketing purposes without your prior consent.
