Travelling at night?
We know some flights pose a bit of a challenge in that they depart or arrive during the night. If you take the train you don’t have to worry about driving while you are tired or waiting for a coach/taxi to turn up as we have four trains per hour through the night.
Changing at London St Pancras station
If you are joining us from the Great Northern route or need another operator/tube service when you reach London then rest assured as the interchange between London St Pancras International and London King’s Cross stations is as easy as can be!
You can also get to Gatwick on our Brighton to Bedford line. If you’re north of Gatwick, catch any train to Brighton. Get any train to Bedford if you’re starting south of Gatwick.
Travelling as a group
You can also save 25% with our ‘Anytime Small Group’ fare for groups of three to five (only available from station ticket offices). Otherwise, if you are travelling Off-Peak, groups of 3 to 9 people can save 34% on fares with the GroupSave discount!
Buying tickets and planning the journey
Don’t forget to check for updates before you travel.
It’s best to leave plenty of time and get to the airport early. Check with your airline if you’re unsure how much time to leave. Arriving early needn’t be boring. You can have a browse in the shops at the airport or even enjoy a coffee while you are waiting to board.
