  • £1m annual fund (from 2016) for local communities to spend on improvements to small stations
  • Partnership with The Prince’s Trust to provide work experience for young people
  • £9.8m investment in staff training and development
  • New trains for Gatwick Express (in 2016) specially designed for the service and free WiFi
